What time should we arrive?
Please try to arrive 15-20 minutes early.

We will provide water, soda, beer and wine. If there is something else you would prefer to drink - please bring that yourself.
I’m staying at one of the hotels, what time will my shuttle pick me up at?
Riverbank Hotel: 3:20pm
Best Western in Oglesby: 4:30 pm
What time will the shuttle bring be back to the hotel?
Starting at 10pm - the shuttle will return and make multiple trips back and forth to bring you back safely to your hotel. The shuttle service will make its last pick up around 2am.
