Reservations by attendees must be received on or before 11/30/2021 (the “Cut-Off Date”). Guests must identify themselves as a member of the Group to receive the Group Rate and to have their reservation included in the block.

Guest check-in time is after 4:00 pm and checkout time is 12:00 pm. Room assignments prior to that time are on an availability basis.

Parking is on a space available basis. Self-parking is $12.00 overnight, per vehicle.
