No! We are having an Unplugged wedding ceremony. This means NO videos or photos are allowed during the ceremony. We request that you are fully present as you partake in this amazing life moment with us.
Can I post wedding photos on social media?
No! We request that no one post any pictures or statuses related to our wedding until we do. We want to live in the moment with those we love and would like it to be private until we chose to share. We thank you in advance for respecting our wishes :).
What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?
You are more than welcome to drive as the two hotels provided are no more than 20 minutes from the venue space.
If you are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Winchester they will provide two complementary shuttle rides to the venue space before the wedding and two shuttle rides back to the hotel after the wedding. Please note the shuttle seats 11 so you may have to wait if you miss the first one.
Per the hotel: All passengers riding in the shuttle must be REGISTERED Guests of the Hotel included on a Room Reservation for the Night of the Service.
Is there parking available near your wedding venue?
Yes. There is space for parking on the venue grounds behind the main house.
Is there a dress code?
Yes. The dress code is formal/black tie optional attire. Please refer to the what to wear tab.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The entire event will be indoors.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Yes. Rooms have been reserved at The Hilton Garden Inn in Winchester VA under the Lowry- Coleman Wedding.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
If you are married yes. If not please contact the couple to discuss.
Will there be an open bar?
No. We have selected to have a limited bar with a specified monetary amount. The bar will serve beer, wine and two signature drinks. As such we recommend bringing cash or cards to purchase any outside options or to continue to partake in libations once the covered amount is reached.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Guest can arrive up to 30 minutes prior to the start time. Please note we will start promptly at 4:30pm. If you have not been seated by that time you will unfortunately not be allowed into the ceremony space. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Is there an after-party?
Yes!!!! For those interested there will be an after party. More details to come.
