We met in 2020 during a hard time. Meeting in Cumberland, Kentucky one of the most beautiful places in both of our hearts. Jacob was in grad school and I was starting my career in healthcare. A very unlikely time for us both to meet, but fate decided it was time. We were together in a long distance relationship for about a year and a half when we decided it was time to move in together. I made the difficult and best decision of my life to move to Georgia where we stayed in our first apartment together. A year later, we fell in love with our new house on a lake and I was lucky enough to be asked to spend the rest of my life with the man of my dreams. We have a family of Two cats- Finley and Olive and a dog- Talia who we love dearly. We decided to elope in Florida on September 25, 2023 with our immediate family so that Jacob’s grandma could be a part of our union and that was truly an amazing day. Instead of cake, we shared our favorite food together- sushi. We cannot wait to share our cake together at the party with everyone by our sides in 2025. We both wished on a star and are living our fairy tale. Every day truly feels like a dream come true.
