At Last..... we have found each other. Both Pete and I have been single most of our lives, never finding THAT one. Life events and changes also seemed to take precedence over a love life at times.

But then fate took over. It is annoying true, you find love when you are not looking and boy was I not looking when life brought Pete and I back together. (We briefly met in 2019). At that time, my father had just passed away and I was struggling with the emotions of that. I also started attending Auburn watch parties because it moved back to my favorite place, Duffy's. (I like the food!) Pete, the sly guy that he is, would come and chat me up during the games. Those conversations lingered and sometimes turned to my father's passing. It really touched me how empathetic and stoic Pete was during my emotional periods.

You all may not know this, but I can be a bit emotional here and there. ;-) Many people, especially men, cannot handle a lot of emotion. But Pete can, a real man! And that is the door that open to our then budding relationship.

Pete and I love spending time together, and we are committed to each other. I can't wait to marry this man next June! Check out some of our pics to see some of our adventures over the last couple of years.
