We’re so excited to have you join us as we celebrate our special day. This website is your go-to guide for all things wedding weekend—from ceremony details to shuttle info and everything in between. The ceremony will take place at the top of Stratton Mountain, accessible only by gondola. Access to the gondola: Shuttles will run continuously from Black Bear Lodge and outside Long Trail House to the base of the gondola. Please plan to arrive at the gondola between 3:15 PM & 3:30 PM—keep in mind the gondola ride takes about 10–15 minutes. Once at the top, it's just a short walk to the Yoga deck. An ATV will be on standby for guests who may need assistance. Please be aware that there are several stairs leading up to the ceremony platform. Water bottles will be available, and bathrooms are located at the summit. After the ceremony, guests will return to the gondola and head down the mountain to the Clubhouse (at the base of Stratton) for the reception. The last gondola departs at 4:45 PM, so please plan accordingly. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will be held at the Clubhouse.

After the ceremony, please make your way down the mountain and head to The Clubhouse, located just a short walk from the gondola drop-off at the base of Stratton Mountain. There, you’ll be welcomed with cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and stunning views. You’ll also have a chance to freshen up and swap out your sensible shoes for your dancing shoes as the celebration continues into the evening.

Following cocktails, a delicious dinner awaits, the drinks will be flowing, and the dance floor will be ready for fun. Get ready to celebrate and dance the night away! Shuttles will be available at the end of the evening to take guests back to Black Bear Lodge and Long Trail House.

The celebration doesn’t have to end just yet! We’ll be keeping the party going at The Green Door Pub, located in Stratton Village—just a short walk from the reception. All are welcome to join us for drinks, laughs, and late-night festivities as we continue to celebrate together!
