Our Story

Most people know our “official” story: Felicia and Nick met in college.The truth? We met the modern way—with a swipe, a spark, and a healthy dose of optimism. Our first date set the tone for everything that followed: perfectly imperfect in the best way. We went to see Dumbo in theaters, where Felicia was so nervous she barely said a word, and Nick nearly drove into what Felicia will always call a lake—and what Nick insists was just a puddle—because we were far too committed to our Jonas Brothers sing-along. Somehow, that chaos made everything feel easy. We both knew right away—there would definitely be a second date. Almost seven years later, our story has stretched across states and seasons. We even spent time long-distance, learning to love each other through late-night calls, weekend trips, and the kind of patience that only real commitment teaches you. Since then, we’ve built a life full of adventure and inside jokes: three homes, a move from sunny Florida to cozy Georgia, and two dogs who basically run our world, Pickle and Cosmo. Through every move, every mile, and every unexpected twist, we’ve become each other’s best friend—the person we laugh with, lean on, and choose, every single day. Now we’re so excited to celebrate the next chapter of our story—one that officially begins with “I do,” but has always felt beautifully meant to be.
