Please arrive between 1:45pm-2pm at the Huntington Harbour Yacht Club. A valet will be provided and a shuttle will take you to the location of the ceremony.

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to restricted numbers.

Unfortunately, we're on a tight budget and have limited space, so we simply can't afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!

Last year the weather was in the 70's during the day, and in the 60's at night. It can get a little breezy at night sometimes, since we're so close to the open ocean.

The ceremony will be held outside on the beach sand. Cocktail hour and reception will be indoor/outdoor.

The ceremony will be on the sand, there will be a take off footwear area and a place to keep heels/footwear until the end of the ceremony. The reception is indoor with hardwood/carpet floors, and outdoor with concrete.

The reception will be over by 10pm.

Yes! A ride share agency is strongly encouraged due to valet will be double parking vehicles. Please get dropped off by 2pm at the Huntington Harbour Yacht Club and use the shuttle provided to get to the ceremony.

Water, coffee, and lemonade will be provided all night. It will be open bar during the cocktail hour, and after will be a cash/card bar.

There will be vegetarian/vegan options along with chicken and red meat options available. If there are any other restrictions or concerns, please text Felicia.

We'll be serving light hand passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a taco bar buffet and dessert table. Non-Alcoholic beverages will be freely available all night. The bar will have beer, wine and bubbles, along with two signature cocktails.
