To the Wedding

We are super excited to celebrate our big day with all of you, and to make sure everyone’s looking their best while also embracing the fun vibes we’re going for, here are the wedding attire guidelines. We’re going for a modern rustic chic feel, with just the right splash of whimsy and a nod to the magic of Disney!

So, think formal to semi-formal with a flair. We’re totally open to letting your uniqueness shine! If you’re feeling fancy, go for it! Black tie is absolutely welcome—if you want to don that classic tux or a stunning gown, bring it on! But hey, if you’d rather wear something more relaxed, a snazzy dress or a smart-casual getup works perfectly too. We want you comfy so you can groove it on the dance floor!

Now, let’s sprinkle on a little Disney magic, shall we? We’re inviting you to lean into a fancier version of Disneybounding! For those who may not know, Disneybounding is all about dressing in a way that subtly nods to your favorite Disney characters without going full costume. It’s about using colors, patterns, and styles that evoke the essence of a character while keeping it chic and sophisticated. So, think elegant dresses in colors inspired by Cinderella or dapper suits that channel the charm of Prince Eric! Retro glam, chic suits, and classic cuts that make you say, “I belong in a Disney fairytale” are all highly encouraged.

A few notes to keep in mind; please leave the white & light colors that could be mistaken for white for the bride to shine in! Otherwise, no colors are off the table—bold, sparkly, and funky are all favored! However, we kindly ask that you leave things like muscle tank tops at home, and blue jeans should be reserved for Disney-esque costumes (like Woody, Jesse or Stinky Pete, for example!) or not worn at all. Let’s keep the vibe classy and fun!

Keep in mind, we’ll be moving between indoor and outdoor spaces, and while the terrain is pretty even, there are a few stairs to conquer. So, think footwear that’s stylish yet practical. While the venue is handicapped accessible, we advise you leave the sky-high heels and elaborate footwear at home, or at least bring along some cute flats for traipsing around!
