You know the story, a tale as old as time. Boy meets girl, girl tells terrible jokes, boy falls head over heels for a girl that’s absolutely smitten.

Ours is a near-miss story, just barely missing each other throughout the years. Starting with different elementary schools in the same town before his family moved out of the state. We spend summers passing each other heading in opposite directions as Felicity headed to Texas to visit her family and Ryan came to Oregon to visit his. When high school came around Felicity had the privilege of befriending Ryan’s cousins. A few years later we finally met when she went on a trip down south with said cousins to help him move up to Oregon and his family started playing match-maker. 5 years later and the rest is history!!

We bonded over our love of the arts, the outdoors, and being avid lovers of the competitive spirit. We discovered as we got to know each other that we were the same soul experience in two different bodies. Truly, it’s uncanny. Down to the same specific scar in a very odd place. We love our families and can’t wait to start our own. We are the mom and dad couple of our friends and love to make and tell stories and jokes together.
