You should plan to fly into Bogotá International Airport. From Bogotá, the only way to reach Villa de Leyva is by ground transportation, which takes about 3-4 hours. We’ve arranged an optional bus service to Villa de Leyva, with an estimated cost of 30 USD per person, roundtrip. To take the bus, please be at the meeting point in Bogotá by 9 AM on Saturday March 22nd. The return bus to Bogotá will depart on Monday, March 24th, in the afternoon. If you prefer to travel on your own or the dates don't match your travel plans, there are Car Rental options from Bogotá, or you can arrange private transportation by contacting Claudia at +57 300 331 8441.

We recommend arriving in Villa de Leyva by Saturday, March 22nd. Traffic can be unpredictable in Bogota and on country roads, so planning to arrive on Sunday is not recommended. To acommodate the majority of guests, the bus back to Bogota will be on the 24th. However, Villa de Leyva is a beautiful and charming town with much to explore, so feel free to stay longer or arrive earlier!
