The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Women, please wear either a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates. Midi length dresses and floor length dresses are also appropriate. Men, please wear dress pants and a button-down shirt. Tie optional. Weather-permitting, a suit jacket or blazer- but not required. We invite you to think 'whimsical garden party' and ask that you get a little creative and colorful with your cocktail wedding guest attire. Think floral prints and pastel colors. The ceremony will be held outside and reception will be held in a greenhouse, so please dress for the weather as it may be warm. Ladies, as you are choosing your footwear for the wedding, please keep in mind that there are gravel walkways and parking lot, as well as grassy areas. You may want to consider wearing block heels or wedges to prevent slipping or sinking into the grass. Wear your best and most comfortable dancing shoes to dance the night away!

Bridesmaids will be wearing soft blue plain and patterned dresses.

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue and attendants to assist with parking. If you find yourself having a little too much fun, you may leave your car on-site and pick it up before noon the following day. There will also be a shuttle to the Fairfield Inn and Suites Charlotte Monroe if you do not wish to drive.

Yes, there will be a shuttle to-and-from the hotel to the venue. There will also be transportation from the venue to the after party and back to the hotel after the after party ends. Please view the "Transportation" tab for more information and fill out the form with your transportation needs.

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

RSVPs are due by April 1, 2025.

If you do not RSVP by April 1st, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food or drink accommodations for you)

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP's "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify Fern as soon as you are aware.

The ceremony will start at 4:30 pm on May 10th. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow for ample time to be seated before the ceremony starts. We would like to avoid an accidental walk down the aisle! If you arrive late, you may be asked to remain outside the ceremony until the processional is complete.

While we love your kids, the venue does have limited capacity. We will be enjoying a "kid-free" evening. We would love for you to use this as a "night out" just for yourselves!

Yes! Drinks are on us, hangover is on you! Please do not bring any outside alcoholic beverages, as the venue has prohibited this.

Yes! The after party will be held at Local Logic (128 S Main St, Monroe, NC 28112). They have been gracious enough to stay open late and host us until midnight! Please join us to continue the celebration.
