How did we meet?
It all started in the fall of 2021 when fate (and a bit of coffee) brought us together at The Pearl in San Antonio. Our first coffee date at Bakery Lorraine sealed the deal!
What’s your favorite thing to do together?
Coffee, coffee, and more coffee! Whether it’s roasting or brewing a new blend for Condesa, or exploring coffee shops in new cities, our adventures always include a perfect cup.
Who’s the better cook?
Fernanda is the queen of the kitchen—except when it comes to brewing coffee. That’s Rubén’s territory!
What’s the secret to your relationship?
A blend of love, laughter, faith, and coffee! We keep things fun, always trust in God’s plan, and never forget to enjoy the little moments.
How did Rubén propose?
On December 16, 2022, after a day of hiking in the mountains and walking across an iced lake in Denver, Colorado, Rubén popped the question at Union Station. It was a moment filled with adventure, romance, and perfect timing. Fernanda said yes, and the rest is history!
