For a little extra magic before we set sail, we will be attending the Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue at Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground before heading to Magic Kingdom for an evening of fireworks and fun. The Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue is an old fashioned revue show with singing, dancing, and lots of laughs. In between skits and song standards, chow down on buckets of all-you-care-to-enjoy fried chicken and smoked BBQ pork ribs, as well as a tossed green salad, baked beans, fresh-baked cornbread and strawberry shortcake. Unlimited draft beer, wine and sangria are also included. With our discounts, the Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue is $39 per person, including tax and tip. Please RSVP directly with Chelsea and Jay by September 5th. Payments will be made directly with Chelsea.
After Hoop-Dee-Doo, we will be heading over to the Magic Kingdom for the evening showing of the Happily Ever After fireworks and a few rides. Please let us know if you need park admission.
Attire: Plaid is highly encouraged.
For two people who have spent most of their lives on boats, getting married on one just makes sense.
We will be getting married on March 7, 2020 on the Disney Dream, departing out of Port Canaveral to the Bahamas. Please visit the Accommodations page for booking instructions for the cruise, and recommended hotel and parking options. You can also see a tentative Itinerary and suggested packing list.
Rather than having a traditional reception, we will be hanging out with some friends and family at Disney's Boardwalk area to celebrate our marriage a few days later in order to give people who could not come on the cruise a chance to celebrate. We would love to see you there!
We will be meeting at the Boardwalk's Village Green at approximately 7:00 pm and visiting some of the Boardwalk's lounges, bars, and bakeries then watching the fireworks from the bridge. Please note, this is not a catered event.
Attire: Dapper Day attire highly encouraged.
