Q + A

What is the dress code?

While we appreciate this is vague, the dress code is smart, wedding-appropriate attire. The wedding party will be wearing a variety of colours, so we only ask that guests avoid wearing white.

How do I RSVP?

The RSVP page on this website will go live once invites have been sent out. Upon receipt of your invite, you can RSVP via the page. Just search for your name and fill in the form!

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be indoors, but should the weather be on our side there will be outside spaces to enjoy throughout the day.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please put your dietary restrictions on your RSVP form [when the time comes] so they can be communicated to the caterers.

Drugs and Alcohol

The Venue has a Zero Tolerance drugs policy. Due to licensing, guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol to the venue, and anyone found in breach of this rule will have their alcohol confiscated and will be fined £500.

Can I bring a plus one?

We apologise, but it is only possible for those named on the invite to be accommodated.

Can I take photos?

We ask that no photos are taken during the ceremony so we can all be in the moment together. Once the ceremony is finished please feel free to capture as many memories as you like!

Can I post my pictures on social media?

We ask that pictures of us [the bride and groom] are withheld until we have posted ours, however, feel free to post your own photos.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, all areas used for the wedding are wheelchair accessible. We can also arrange for golf buggies to take guests with mobility issues from the Drinks Reception in the Hen House to the Wedding Breakfast in the Cow Shed.

Is there parking available?

There is plenty of parking available at the venue across the main car park, the accomodation car park, and the overflow car park. Guests arriving by car will be marshalled to the appropriate car park on the day. Cars can be left overnight in the car park at the owners risk, and collected by 11am the following morning.

Can I bring my pet?

The venue does not permit any pets that don’t belong to the wedding couple, and unfortunately Leonard the gecko won’t be making an appearance. However, the farm has pigs [Autumn, Charlotte, and Melvin] and goats that can be admired! Guide dogs, hearing dogs, and other assistance/service dogs are permitted, but they must be kept on a lead at all times and taken outside the venue to 💩

Can I pet the farm animals?

The farm animals can be visited under the supervision of an event manager, but the venue doesn’t take responsibility for the animals’ behaviour or damage to clothing etc. We kindly ask you don’t feed the animals, and generally approach them with care.

I have more questions, who do I contact?

If you have any other questions, please contact a member of the wedding party.
