Local Accommodations & Travel Information
Lake Geneva is a small tourist town located in southeastern Wisconsin. Because of the beautiful lake, accommodations often book up very quickly during the summer months. If you can attend our wedding, we highly recommend booking your accommodations early! We have secured room blocks at the two hotels listed below, but there are other hotel options and Airbnbs in the area.
Wedding Day Transportation
Complimentary return transportation will be provided from the Cove of Lake Geneva, The Fairfield Inn & Suites, and Seven Oaks to Boxed & Burlap before the ceremony and after the reception. You don't need to stay at either hotel to take the shuttle. Please note that the ceremony starts at 4PM.
There is parking available at the venue should you wish to drive. Uber/Lyft is available in the area, although rides can be limited.
WEDDING SHUTTLE PICK-UP SCHEDULE
Seven Oaks:
- 3:00 PM Pick up at Seven Oaks, drop off at Boxed & Burlap (take this shuttle to arrive in time for the ceremony)
- 4:30 PM Pick up at Seven Oaks, drop off at Boxed & Burlap
Fairfield Inn:
- 3:15 PM Pick up at the Fairfield Inn, drop off at Boxed & Burlap (take this shuttle to arrive in time for the ceremony)
- 4:45 PM Pick up at the Fairfield Inn, drop off at Boxed & Burlap
The Cove:
- 3:15 PM Pick up at The Cove, drop off at Boxed & Burlap (take this shuttle to arrive in time for the ceremony)
- 4:30 PM Pick up at The Cove, drop off at Boxed & Burlap
RETURN TRANSPORTATION:
The shuttle will depart Boxed & Burlap starting at 8:00 PM with pickups every 30 minutes until 11:30 PM. The 11:00 & 11:30 PM shuttles will also include a stop at Champs Bar & Grill in downtown Lake Geneva for anyone who wishes to continue the party later into the evening.
- 8:00 PM - pick up at Boxed & Burlap and drop off at the Fairfield, Seven Oaks, and then the Cove
- 8:30 PM - pick up at Boxed & Burlap and drop off at the Fairfield, Seven Oaks, and then the Cove
- 9:00 PM - pick up at Boxed & Burlap and drop off at the Fairfield, Seven Oaks, and then the Cove
- 9:30 PM - pick up at Boxed & Burlap and drop off at the Fairfield, Seven Oaks, and then the Cove
- 10:00 PM - pick up at Boxed & Burlap and drop off at the Fairfield, Seven Oaks, and then the Cove

The Cove of Lake Geneva
We have a room block available at The Cove which is located in downtown Lake Geneva, across from the lake. Parking is available and it is walking distance to the lake (1 min) and to Main Street where there are a variety of cute boutiques, bars, and restaurants. It is a 10 minute drive to the wedding venue.
NOTE: There is a two-night minimum in the summer over weekends.

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lake Geneva
We have a room block available for 3 nights, Sep 5-8, 2024. Click the link below to book your room. The Fairfield provides parking and is a short 5-minute drive to downtown Lake Geneva, and is a 15-minute drive to the wedding venue.
NOTE: There is a two-night minimum in the summer over weekends.

Grand Geneva Resort & Spa
Situated just outside of Lake Geneva, Grand Geneva Resort & Spa is an AAA Four-Diamond resort in Wisconsin. It is approximately a 20 minute drive to the wedding venue and 10 minutes to downtown Lake Geneva. There is a spa, golf course, several bars and restaurants, and a waterpark at the Grand Geneva Resort,
The Ridge Hotel
The Ridge Hotel’s 146 spacious hotel rooms and suites are designed with the perfect balance of upscale rustic design and all the technological conveniences, entertainment, and personal comforts of home. Each standard room features king or queen bed options, and select rooms offer views toward the lake. The Ridge is approximately a 5-minute drive to the wedding venue and a 10-minute drive to downtown Lake Geneva.

Nestled near the magnificent lakefront, the many historic parks, and the prestigious downtown Lake Geneva Main Street, The Mill Creek Hotel offers overnight visitors to Lake Geneva the best of all possibilities. The hotel is located just off of Main Street where there are a variety of cute boutiques, bars, and restaurants. It is a 10 minute drive to the wedding venue.
