The hotel has a parking lot as well as a valet service in front of the hotel. After parking, the hotel shuttle will take guests to the venue. It is less than a 5-minute shuttle ride. The venue is secured by a gate with a code, so it is only accessible by shuttle.

Both! The ceremony will take place outside surrounded by cottonwood trees. Cocktail hour will be located under the porch of the reception building, and dinner and dancing will be indoors.
