We appreciate your understanding, but due to venue capacity and catering accommodations, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Those who are on the invites and RSVP list within the website are welcome.

Guests can start to arrive at 3:45pm with a ceremony start time for 4pm.

We kindly ask all of our guests to be fully present during our ceremony and phones turned off. We have hired a photographer to capture our special day and will be able to share photos with you all later!

There will be plenty of parking available at the venue. If you choose to drive to the venue and find another way back and leave your car overnight, you must pickup your car by 9am the next morning.

There will be a shuttle service. We have hired Goffstown Truck Center/STA where they will be arriving at the hotel at 3:15pm and departing at 3:30pm sharp for those guests who would like to utilize the shuttle service and staying at the hotel. There will be only one shuttle going to the venue for guests and it will be crucial to start boarding at 3:15pm. There will be a shuttle arriving at the venue at 9pm for those who would like to go back to the hotel early and then they will arrive once again at 10pm to bring the rest of the guests to the hotel.

We do have a room block booked with Hilton Garden Inn over in Manchester, NH. Tim and I understand that cost per night is not ideal, so if do need to stay the night, we encourage you to bunk up with someone to split the cost. The queen rooms have two beds! We want everyone to have a good time and be responsible. We kindly ask our guests to come in semi-formal attire. Please keep in mind that the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors, but it is a tented wedding and we have rented heaters.

Tim and I are ecstatic to say that we have hired Brickoven Catering to cater our wedding. They are a brick-oven pizza food truck and will have a handful of different pizzas, appetizers and salads.

There will be a hosted bar that will be serving alcohol and nonalcoholic beverages. We will be providing the materials for signature cocktails/cocktails, beer, wine, soda and water.
