Q + A

Can We Bring Our Children?

Yes — children are welcome to join the trip and enjoy the festivities surrounding the wedding weekend. However, the ceremony and reception will be adults-only.

Why Are Kids Not Included in the Ceremony & Reception?

To ensure a smooth, intimate, and distraction-free celebration, we kindly ask that children do not attend the ceremony or reception. We want parents to be able to relax and celebrate with us fully.

Will There Be Childcare?

Yes. A professional babysitter will be on-site throughout both the ceremony and the reception to support families attending the event. Childcare will take place in the same ballroom in a shared space, with a dividing wall in place to create a designated area for the children. Parents will be able to access the childcare area through a separate entrance, allowing them to check in on their little ones at any time without disrupting the celebration.

Children’s Entertainment & Dining

We want your little ones to have an enjoyable experience during the celebration. The childcare area will include age-appropriate entertainment/ activities to keep children engaged throughout the evening.

Dinner will also be provided for all children in the babysitting area. The professional childcare team will ensure each child is comfortable, entertained, and well taken care of while parents enjoy the ceremony and reception.

Do We Need to Let You Know if Our Kids Are Traveling With Us?

Yes, please! When you RSVP, let us know if your children will be joining you on the trip so we can plan accordingly and ensure childcare accommodations are properly arranged.

Dress Code Attire: Semi-Formal Beach

We kindly ask our guests to join us in semi-formal attire that complements our elegant beach setting.

For Men:

Dress pants/chino pants paired with a dress shirt (long or short-sleeve) are requested. Breathable fabrics such as linen or lightweight cotton are perfectly suitable for the ocean breeze. Please note that shorts are not permitted.

For Women:

Semi-formal beach attire is encouraged. This may include midi or maxi dresses and elevated sundresses. Dressy sandals or wedges are recommended, as the sandy setting may make traditional heels difficult.

We appreciate you embracing the style of our celebration and look forward to seeing everyone dressed beautifully for our special day.

PLEASE DO NOT WEAR WHITE.
