Please note our wedding date changed due to Brandon wanting to watch Mets spring training on our original date. Please note our new date: MARCH 8, 2025. We apologize for any confusion and promise this is our final date!
What airport should I fly into?
We recommend flying in and out of Palm Springs International Airport (PSP). It’s a small airport with limited flights, so make sure to book early! PSP is about a 10 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs and our wedding venue.
If PSP isn’t possible, Ontario Airport (ONT) is a 45 minute - 1 hour drive, Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) is a 2-3 hour drive, and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is a 2+ hour drive depending on traffic. Take I-10 E or CA-60 (to I-10 E) from LA and look for CA-111 to Palm Springs.
Are there direct flights from NYC to Palm Springs?
Yes! You can fly direct into Palm Springs Airport from JFK. Alaska Airlines has direct flights or there are also many connecting flights. Flights are limited so we recommend booking soon! Our venue is a 10 minute Uber from the airport.
What will the weather be like?
March is peak season in Palm Springs and among the most beautiful months of the year. The weather should be mid 70s during the day and cool off in the low 60s in the evening. Parts of our reception will be outside, so you may want to bring a light jacket!
How can I book a room within your block?
You can book a room within our block by calling The Parker Hotel and the reservation specialist will assist with booking rooms under the Horton/Jaffe wedding block. Daphnne (reservationist) can be reached directly at (760)-321-4612 or by emailing reservations@parkerpalmsprings.com.
When should we book a room?
We recommend securing rooms within our block as soon as possible as Palm Springs is a popular destination beginning in March and our hotel is expected to reach full capacity at this time. Booking early will ensure you can book with our discounted rate!
Can we bring our children?
We love your children, but the reception and ceremony will be adults only! We would love to see your little ones at the welcome party!
Do I need to make reservations for restaurants in Palm Springs?
We definitely recommend making reservations if there are certain places you would like to eat at or visit. This is the busiest time of year in Palm Springs especially as there is a tennis tournament taking place in Indian Wells during our dates.
