We kindly request our guests to wear the following colors in semi-formal, summer attire. This includes: mid to floor level flowy dresses, open collard shirts with slacks, sandals, and boat shoes. Suggested fabrics: linen, fine cotton, chiffon, and satin. PLEASE AVOID: jeans, shades of white, neon colors, sneakers, flip flops, and tennis shoes. If you're unsure about an outfit, reach out to the bride or groom! PLEASE NOTE: the ceremony will be on soft grass, so maybe rethink the stilettos!

Both the ceremony & reception will be outdoors. The after party will be indoors. Temperatures tend to be warm/hot in July, so dress accordingly. There will be shade for the reception and plenty of refreshing beverages.

While we love all the children in our lives, due to a limited venue capacity and two large families to accommodate, this will be an adults-only wedding.

Unfortunately, no; we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Yes; if you would like transportation to and from the venue, please select "yes" to the shuttle option on your RSVP. Shuttles will transport guests between Hood River Hotel and the wedding venue. There will also be parking at the venue if you prefer to drive. Please be aware that lyft/uber options may be limited due to the remote location of the venue.

Look for the wooden sign that says "Mt. View Orchards Weddings" and follow the road to the end. You will see a gravel parking lot and signs for parking.

The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm. If you are driving yourself, please arrive no later than 3:15pm. If you are staying in Hood River, or planning on drinking, we encourage you to RSVP "Yes!" to the wedding shuttle.

If you are late to the ceremony, we ask that you kindly watch from a distance instead of taking a seat.

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “not attending” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Of course! There will be appetizers followed by a buffet dinner, in addition to beer, wine, and signature cocktails.

We encourage you to take advantage of our room block at Hood River Hotel (see hotel block section). If you're interested in alternative hotel/stay options, we kindly recommend the following local hotels, while we don't have a room block, these are some fabulous alternative options! Horsefeathers Hotel, Hampton Inn & Suites, and Best Western Hood River. AirBnB is also a great option!
