The ceremony will begin at 5 PM, but please arrive by 4:30 PM to get settled and enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne provided by the venue. PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE!

Yes. An RSVP is absolutely REQUIRED for everyone. It is essential in planning for the ceremony seating & reception meals. In order for us to be able to accommodate a meal for you; you must RSVP prior to the deadline of 1 July, 2025. You can RSVP directly on this website under the "RSVP" tab.

If your plans change and you’re no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible, so we can adjust the arrangements. You can update your RSVP directly on the website, email us, or contact us via phone if you have our number.

We're sorry, but we're unable to accommodate additional guests at the reception venue. Please refer to the confirmed attendees' names listed in the RSVP section of the website. While we adore children, we kindly request that only those accompanying due to travel arrangements be present. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy a well-deserved night off!

Our wedding will be held entirely outdoors for both the ceremony and reception. There will be some covered areas but please ensure that you dress appropriately for the fall weather. Bring a jacket just in case the temperature drops. Outdoor heaters and a firepit will be provided at the venue. We want everyone to be comfortable and enjoy the celebration to the fullest!

Parking will be available at the venue for your convenience.

The dress code is formal attire, as we want everyone to look and feel their absolute best.

Just a quick heads up: our vow renewal ceremony will be unplugged, meaning we'd love for you to keep those electronic devices tucked away during the ceremony itself, unless it's absolutely necessary. But once the ceremony is completed, feel free to snap away and capture all the wonderful moments throughout the rest of the celebration!
