Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony; you can arrive as early as 4pm. This will allow time for you to park/arrive, sign the guestbook, and find your seat.

We want everyone to feel and look their best to celebrate with us, we just ask that this color palette be reserved for the bride.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact guest count by a certain date. While we will send out a "Save The Date", as well as invitations, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

Yes, there is a block of rooms reserved at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Charles Town, WV. The block is for the nights of 9/19/25 and 9/20/25. There will be a mix of king standard and two queen standard rooms. Please ensure that all rooms are reserved by 8/29/25. Use group code REW at checkout for discount.

You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly. In the event you already RSVP'd "Yes", please reach out and let us know as soon as possible.

We ask that you put away your phones and cameras to be present with us. There will be a time during the wedding where our photographer will give everyone a chance to capture our moment. However, please note it is an unplugged ceremony.

We will assign tables, but you may sit wherever at that assigned table.

If you feel so inclined to bring us a gift, there will be a designated location. However, should you wish to gift us something, our registry tab is located on our website.
