We love children; however, we have decided to only include guests 16 years or older for our celebration.

Unfortunately, no; however, we have arranged for a shuttle service to provide transportation to three hotels, Quality Inn Bucyrus, the Holiday Inn, and Quality Inn Upper Sandusky.

Yes! Everhart Gathering Place offers a large, free parking lot to accommodate all of our guests.

Yes! Additionally, our venue provides golf carts to transport people to/from the parking lot to the ceremony and reception space for those that have difficulty walking long distances.

Beer, wine, and two signature drinks will be covered for our guests; any other mixed drinks will be cash only.

We ask that our guests adhere to a cocktail dress code; women should wear dresses, jumpsuits, or blouses with dress pants/skirts; men should wear dress pants or khakis with a button down shirt and tie/bow tie, jacket optional. We kindly ask that you avoid colors typically reserved for the bride, such as whites and creams.
