We prefer an online RSVP via our website as this will help keep everything in order. However, we will take RSVPs via text or mail.

We will provide a bus service to and from our venue and each hotel. There is also parking on sight at The Log Cabin. If you are staying in Holyoke for the night, we prefer guests utilize the bus service.

Weather permitting, our ceremony will be held outside. The reception will take place inside with all night access to patio with a fireplace.

Formal Attire

4:30pm guests may take their seats for our ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm.

Yes. Please bring cash to show your appreciation to the bartenders who will be working with us all night!

Yes! We have room blocks at 2 hotels in the area (both 15 minutes away from our venue) - please find booking information below and under the "Travel" tab of our website. Unfortunately, we cannot host any children at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding with this very difficult decision.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to 136 Horse Pond Road, Sudbury MA 01776. A wedding card box will be at our reception.

Our ceremony is an "unplugged" event. We have an incredibly talented team of photographers & videographers who will be getting every angle of our ceremony. Our hope is that our guests can keep their phones away, enjoy every moment of our ceremony, and let the professionals do the hard work while we say "I Do." Cell phone photos are welcome at any time following the ceremony.

Yes! We will have a shuttle bus service to and from the room block hotels (Homewood Suites / Fairfield Inn).

The buses will arrive to each hotel at 3:45pm and will promptly depart at 4:15pm. Additionally, there will be trips leaving The Log Cabin back to the hotels promptly at 10:00pm, 11:00pm and 12:15am. Please note, shuttle buses will only be making one trip to The Log Cabin.
