Payment
- A $200 deposit and insurance (optional) are required to be paid at time of booking.
- Final remaining balance for the room total is due by November 1, 2025 or date noted on your reservation.
- Payment Plan - Multiple payments can be made from the time of booking until November 1, 2025 or date noted on your reservation.
- If a lower room rate is found for the same room category during the same dates at any point prior to the final payment deadline, notify the wedding couple and a request for price match will be submitted.
- You are able to edit the booking and modify the payment method at any time.


Individual Reservation Policy




- Each member of the group will be responsible for making their own reservations via link, which will be provided at a later date.



- Cancellations received 90 days to 61 days prior to arrival deposit is non refundable.



- Cancellations received 60 days to 31 days prior to arrival 50% of the total room revenue will be assessed.



- Cancellations within 30 days of travel, the booking is non refundable.



- In case of No Show, a charge will be made for the full stay of the group member
