There is parking available next to the Memorial Union, under the Helen C. White Library if you are driving yourself to/from the ceremony and reception. The Memorial Union is also located within walking distance from the Graduate Madison hotel. If staying at other hotels in the area, we recommend getting an Uber or Lyft to the event.

The dress code is Semi-Formal Attire. The ceremony will be held outside on the balcony attached to the reception room, if weather permits (no snow or rain). Please keep in mind that weather will vary for our late fall Wisconsin wedding, so please bring a sweater or jacket if it is cold.

Yes, the venue is accessible by entering through the S. Park St. entrance facing the Helen C. White Library parking garage. There are elevators throughout the first floor that will take you to the 2nd floor, where our ceremony and reception will be held. If you have any questions or need other accommodations, please reach out to Kyle or Gabby.

As much as we love your little ones, we've decided to make this event adults-only. We're hoping this can be a fun night out for parents!

We will be having an unplugged ceremony and will ask that all phones are put away until the ceremony is over. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture this special occasion so that everyone can be fully present and enjoy the moment.

Although our venue closes at 11pm, we will continue celebrating at one of the many local bars on campus.
