Our Wedding

Our story begins in the summer of 2021 at 4 a.m., enjoying each other's company over a milkshake at Kroll’s Diner in Fargo, North Dakota. From there on, we both decided we liked each other enough (whew) that one date turned into two, then three, then four, and now, forever. Over the years we have been together, we’ve had many adventures. You can often find us camping and hiking or in a tiny single-prop plane, flying around and enjoying life. Fast forward to July 2024, John and I embarked on our greatest adventure yet to Yellowstone National Park. On July 10th, we decided to summit Mount Washburn. At 10,219 feet, he decided to pop the question. I said yes to the love of my life despite us both being winded from an intense hike. Guys, he really made me work for this ring, but I would not want to do life with anyone else by my side. Here's to forever!

If you know John and Gabby, you've probably heard of their neighbors. Eva is one of the said neighbors along with her Husband, Justin, who is also in the wedding party. Who knew that our lifelong friends would happen to be on the other side of the fence?!

Mariah is Gabby's childhood best friend. They have known each other since 5th grade. Throughout all of their years of friendship, they have been on many adventures from showing horses together to screaming in bars together.

Kira was one of the first people in John's friend group that introduced themselves to Gabby at one of the infamous Dakota Drive apartment parties. Her kind and fun personality led to her and Gabby to being friends.

Alex and Gabby have pulled many shenanigans while working at Happy Harry's for quite some time together. Being co-workers turned into being friends, and now turned into being a bridesmaid.

If you are wanting to drive about an hour and a half from the venue, we can't recommend hiking here more! This park holds a special place in Gabby's heart since she quite literally grew up with these hiking trails in her back yard!
