CAN I BRING KIDS TO THE WEDDING?

Our wedding is an adults-only event so that everyone will be able to relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

CAN I BRING A +1?

While we’d love to have your guests attend, we want to keep the wedding as intimate as possible with only immediate friends and family present for our special day. Thank you for understanding our wishes.

WHEN SHOULD I PLAN TO ARRIVE IN TULUM?

We understand everyone is busy and we want everyone to do what's best for them! We recommend coming Thursday or Friday to attend the Friday welcome party and leave Sunday night or Monday morning to also attend the day after party.

HOW DO I GET TO TULUM?

Tulum airport opened in 2023 and is the easiest option however more direct flights are out of Cancun airport 2 hours from the hotels.

WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Both will take place outdoors.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES/POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Absolutely! We LOVE pictures but please refrain from pictures during the ceremony so our photographer can do his job. Don't worry we will remind you :)

WHAT TIME IS THE RECEPTION SCHEDULED TO END?

The reception will end around midnight.

CAN I USE CREDIT CARDS IN TULUM?

Nearly all establishments will take Visa and MasterCard. You’re not likely to find many places that take American Express. Note: There are some places that are cash only, so make sure you always have some on hand, especially when you are in town.

ARE THERE UBERS AND LYFTS IN TULUM?

No. The only form of transportation will be shuttle services, taxis, or car rentals. We recommend renting bikes on the beach ($5 USD) for hopping around town to avoid parking fees! For longer distances, set a firm price with your taxi driver before accepting a ride.

CAN I DRINK THE TAP WATER?

Tap water in Tulum should only be used for bathing. Plan to use bottled water for drinking and brushing teeth. Most hotels provide water bottles free of charge for guests.

IS TULUM SAFE?

While Mexico has experienced a surge in drug-related violence, Tulum has remained a relatively safe travel destination. Travelers should exercise common sense when traveling in the Tulum Town area: for example, don't walk around alone at night, lock the doors to your cabanas, keep your passport in the safe. we recommend not to travel to Mexico with valuablesitems. Basically, be smart and use common sense.
