less than a 15 minute drive from St Joseph's the Worker to Herman & Luther

A trolley is provided from the hotel to the reception. We expect everyone to drive themselves to the wedding ceremony at St Joseph's and then those staying at the hotel will meet back there for a ride to the reception. Two times (early bird and late night) rides will be provided back to the hotel from the reception.

Williamsport does have an airport but is very small. Harrisburg is recommended ~1.5 hr away. Philly and Baltimore are the next closest ~2.5-3.5 hours away. Renting a car will be necessary! Please let us know if we can help with accommodations.

Please just ask us! We will have extra space and with baby brain and wedding planning may have just missed it. If we can’t accommodate everyone then bring them along to the ceremony, after the dinner party at the reception, Hillsgrove camping the day after, and/or the rehearsal dinner pre-party. Please don’t take anything personally!

Please let us know any changes in attendance or travel plans so we can plan accordingly! Do not “No Show” without warning!
