Is there a dress code?
We do not have a specific dress code or color palette we want guests to follow. But, if we had to make a dress code it would be classy yet casual cocktail, or your Sunday best! We want you to feel and look your best! Just no white or off white colored clothing, blue jeans, or shorts please!
Are children invited?
While we love your children dearly, this will be an adult only event with the exception of select children. If your children are not listed on your invitation, please prepare to make childcare arrangements, bring your dancing shoes, and enjoy a fun date night on us!
Can I bring a date?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one, their name, or the words "plus one" will appear under your name when you RSVP on the website.
How does the RSVP page on the website work?
First, type your first and last name in the box on the RSVP page. Once you hit “find my invitation,” everyone's name that is linked to your household invitation will appear. You have to check "accept" or "decline" for each guest in your party.
Once you have made your selections and hit “continue,” it will prompt you for your email address and ask if you want to be emailed a reminder for the event.
If you do not want an email reminder, uncheck the box right above the empty field, and the field to enter the email address will disappear.
In order for your RSVP to be confirmed, you have to hit “send RSVP.”
Once you hit “send RSVP,” it will say “All set! Here is what we sent Gabby & Joey.” You can then review your RSVP decisions and update them if necessary.
If for some reason you are getting an error message when you first type your name in, please reach out to Gabby or Joey so they can address the problem (it could be a spelling issue on our guest list). If you type your name in and see "Plus One" with your name that means you have the option to bring a date. If you are not planning on bringing a date please "decline" for the Plus One. If your children were invited, their names will also appear under yours when you enter your name on the first screen.
Is the ceremony outdoors?
Yes, the ceremony will be held outside behind the establishment where the reception will be held (see photo on the home page). In the event of bad weather, the ceremony and reception will both be held indoors and the room will be flipped between each event.
When should I arrive to the ceremony?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm. Please plan to arrive around 4:30 pm to ensure you get to your seat in time for the ceremony to begin.
Where can I park?
There will be Harmony Hills staff members on site to direct traffic and lead guests in the direction of the parking lot.
Can I use my phone during the ceremony or bring my own camera?
NO! We will have an unplugged ceremony which allows guests to be fully focused on the ceremony and not their phones. We will have a wonderfully talented photographer on site all evening taking pictures for us. However, after the ceremony, you can take as many photos as you like! We will even have photo backdrops set up for guests to use!
Will there be a reception afterwards?
Yes! There will be an indoor reception after the ceremony with lots of food and dancing, so bring your dancing shoes!
Is there a seating chart?
There is no seating chart, so sit wherever you like! Be mindful of tables with "reserved" signs, as they will be saved for the wedding party and their dates, and immediate family. However, each table will be numbered to ensure dinner goes smoothly!
How will dinner be served?
Dinner will be a self serve buffet with Harmony Hills staff members assisting with serving. As the ceremony ends the officiant will release guests to go inside the reception space. Once inside, find a table and take a seat. Each table will be numbered and the DJ will call you by table number to start making your way to the buffet. Please do not attempt to serve yourself until your table is called to avoid long lines and crowding the reception space. These directions will also be announced by the officiant at the conclusion of the ceremony.
Can I bring my own alcohol or food?
No, dinner will be on us! Please do not bring outside food or drinks, as our venue does not allow it. If you or someone in your party has special dietary needs, please reach out to us so we can accommodate everyone!
What do I do if I can't make it?
You will be dearly missed! Please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no," so that we can plan accordingly.
What do I do if I have more questions?
If you think of another question that needs to be addressed, please contact the bride or groom PRIOR to wedding day.
**Please note: If you RSVP to the wedding shower, that does not mean you sent your RSVP for the wedding. You will have to RSVP again for the actual wedding, using the same process, once invitations are received through the mail.
