As high school sweethearts from a small town, Gabe and Gabrielle have grown up together. Through that awkward middle school stage and on to high school they remained close. Come the end of senior year, Gabe moved on to study the electrical trade at Alfred State and Gabrielle went to Nazareth University to pursue a degree in Biomedical Sciences. While not nearly as close in distance, they remained very close between making weekend visits and lots of phone calls. Gabe finished his degree at Alfred and moved up to Rochester, making it much easier to see each other more often. However, shortly after his move, Gabrielle was accepted to veterinary school at Cornell University so back to distance it was.

During this time, to escape from school, Gabe and Gabrielle took many different trips. One of their favorite trips is camping on Wellesley Island. Both years they have brought a boat and spend all day exploring the Thousand Islands. This is especially one of Gabrielle’s favorite because Walter, their chocolate lab, gets to join. Another favorite location has been the Gulf Coast of Florida and is actually where Gabe popped the question.

Now, Gabe has continued to work for RG&E as a substation electrician for years and Gabrielle just recently joined Perry Veterinary Clinic as an associate veterinarian. They plan to find a home in the Geneseo area with enough land for Walter to be his crazy self.
