Our Wedding

Our story began in November 2019, when Matt started working at the Chick-fil-A where I (Gabi) was working. It wasn’t an instant connection, but as the days went by, we found ourselves drawn to each other. On February 26th, Matt finally asked me out on our first date, and by March 8, 2020, we officially started dating. Just three months into our relationship, I had to leave for Army basic training. We knew it would be challenging to be apart for five long months, but we placed our faith and trust in God, knowing He would guide us through. Our love for each other and our shared faith kept us strong. The distance tested us, but it also strengthened our bond and deepened our commitment. Looking back, all the hardships were worth it because they led us to this beautiful moment in our journey together. Through it all, our unwavering faith in God and His plans for us have been our foundation. Five wonderful years later, we’re excited to share the next chapter of our story with all of you as we embark on this incredible journey toward marriage. “Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.” Ephesians 4:2-3

Our wedding is being held at Heartland Country Barn: 1063 County Road U, Fremont, NE 68025 It is about 30 minutes outside of West Omaha so please ensure that you leave with enough time to find your seat before our 5pm start.

Travel Info

In order to get to and from the wedding venue we suggest carpooling with other guests. If you plan on drinking alcohol we request that you please make sure someone else is driving or you request an Uber.

Hotel Accommodations

Please feel free to book a hotel wherever you feel most comfortable! Below is a list of hotels that we would prefer you to stay at in order to be close to our venue. Our venue is in Fremont so we’d like if our out of town guests could stay in West Omaha.
