Josh and Gabi first crossed paths at the University of Kansas in 2012. From that moment, a special connection blossomed, leading to a year and a half of laughter, adventure, and love. However, as life often does, it took them down different paths, and they lost touch for nearly 11 years.

Then came the unexpected—Josh, driven by the desire to reconnect, sent Gabi a series of messages on Instagram. With no expectations, Gabi decided to take a leap of faith and flew to Aspen, Colorado, to see if the spark they once shared still existed. And it did! Their reunion marked the beginning of a beautiful second chapter.

Realizing that they never wanted to part ways again, Gabi and Josh moved in together with their beloved fur baby, Remi. But their journey was not without challenges. They faced significant medical hurdles and navigated the emotional rollercoaster of IVF. Despite the struggles, this year brought them immense joy, growth, and a deeper bond.

In a moment that felt like destiny, Josh proposed to Gabi on October 11, 2024, sealing their love with the promise of forever. They also celebrated a major milestone together—buying their first home in Colorado, a place where they can continue to create lasting memories and start a family of their own.
