Gabi and Christian’s story began in Baltimore in late 2022 with love at first swipe—Christian wasted no time, inviting Gabi on a date in his very first message to her on the dating app, Hinge. It became evident very early on that they had found each other’s person for life.

Within a few months, Christian and Gabi began living together in their home in Hampden with their beloved cat, Boo. Their love deepened as their experiences together grew, from exploring Charm City, to staying in a yurt surrounded by cows in West Virginia, visiting Christian’s family on Long Beach Island and Gabi’s family in Long Island, going to concerts together like Tyler Childers and Hozier, Christian’s first Jewish holidays and Gabi’s first Bowe Christmas, and so much more.

While exploring some of the Southwest’s greatest marvels of nature—places like the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Zion, and Bryce Canyon that remind you just how beautiful and remarkable life can be, Christian proposed to Gabi on March 12, 2024. After a few failed proposal game plans due to crowds, mud, and snow, Christian took Gabi to the Red Canyon tunnels where they were supposed to stop earlier in the day but got caught in a whiteout snowstorm. Christian drove them back to those tunnels in the early evening, and proposed to Gabi surrounded by terracotta canyons, snow covered pine trees, and no other souls in sight. It was perfect.

Gabi and Christian are so very excited to make their union official and celebrate their love with each and every one of the individuals who have helped shape them into the people they are today. See you in Baltimore!
