On a chilly night in December of 2021, Gabriel had his friends Andrew and Carlos over his house. Gabriel was looking forward to quiet night at home but Andrew and Carlos had other ideas. After much convincing, Gabriel reluctantly agreed to go out for a night in downtown Turlock.

Meanwhile, Allison was sitting at home in Atwater when her good friend Elianna messaged her asking if she wanted to go out for a night in Turlock. Allison, being quite the homebody herself, was also initially reluctant to leave the comforts of home. Ultimately, Elianna was persuasive enough and Allison agreed to head to Turlock for a nice and quiet girls night.

They decided to grab a booth at The Grand Cru, a bar in Downtown Turlock, and hang out for a bit before heading home. Several moments later Gabriel and his friends walked in with the same plan. As fate would have it they pulled up a seat next to each other and got to chatting.

The rest, as they say, is history.
