RESERVATION METHOD/ CUT-OFF DATE All Reservations must be made on or before Wednesday October 15th 2025 by 12:00pm Noon Individual call-in to 407-331-0220 before 10/15/25. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the Hotel’s prevailing rates and will be credited to the Group’s Guest Room Block. All individual Cancellations must be made 3 days prior to check in date to avoid one-night room & tax cancellation fee. GUEST ROOM RATES The Hotel confirms the following guest room rates: Standard King Room: One King Bed: $120.00 plus 12% tax (tax exempt info needed to be exempted) Standard Queen Room: Two Queen Beds: $120.00 plus tax (tax exempt info needed to be exempted) Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable of all taxes. CHECK-IN TIME/CHECK-OUT TIME: Our check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. Guests arriving before 3:00pm will be accommodated as rooms become available. Our Front Desk Staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are not available and for guests attending functions on their day of departure. Valid credit card and photo ID matching reservation is needed at time of check in.
