Anyone who knows us knows that we’ve known each other for a long time. In fact, when Eva and Isabel found a home video of Andres filming me after a Thanksgiving recital with his preschool camcorder, it felt easy to say we’ve always been drawn to each other. We've been friends for the last 20 years, but truly best friends since we were 13.

Andres asked me to be his girlfriend when we were 14, on November 14, 2014. I cheekily said no because I always knew he knew how much I loved him. Through four years of long distance, medical school, starting new careers, and the love and support of our families and friends, we grew up together.

We are so lucky to have had your support throughout all these years, and now we’re excited to do what everyone always knew we would: commit not just to growing up, but to growing old together at the church where we first met. Nothing would make us happier than to celebrate this next chapter with all of you, surrounded by the love of our community!
