It all started with a poke on Facebook. We would spend hours talking on the phone as Eddie would spend most of his time on the road. I enjoyed talking to him and listening to his stories. One day he was helping his friend move near my house and asked if I wanted to grab dinner or maybe he said a drink either case it was long ago haha. I said, "Sure I'll meet you there, I’ll be the prettiest girl sitting at the bar". Well, he found the prettiest girl of course. This was our very first-time meeting and our very first date. After that first date we talked more often and would hang out as much as possible.

July 26, 2014 was the day he asked if I wanted to be his Girlfriend and well you know the answer. After 3 months of being in a relationship he finally met my boys and let’s just say Sebastian felt some jealousy for about 6 months, after that they became best friends. Regardless of how busy Eddie was, he always made time to show up to their school events, games, or any other events the boys had going on.

Our first Family trip Together was to San Diego for a full 7 days! We had such an amazing time along with my Boys. We have made so many memories together as a family.

On March 26, 2023 Eddie asked me to Marry him after almost 9 years of being together. He asked me to wear something nice because we had dinner reservations at 730pm. He drove us to The Marriott Marquis. We stepped into the Hotel and walked towards the Elevator. As we were going up the elevator, He said we were going to the Observation Deck and the first thing that came to my mind was "How does he know they have an Observation Deck here? ". We stepped out of the elevator and went down the hallway, I still had no idea what he was up to. He swipes the card and opens the door to the room. I heard the camera going off and realized he had hired a photographer to take pictures. The ceiling was filled with balloons that had pictures of us hanging down from each balloon, it also had a walkway filled with rose petals and at the end there was a heart. We walked to the middle of the heart and that is when he got on one knee and asked if I would marry him. The moment I said "yes", my boys and my daughter in law jumped out from behind the curtains and said "Surprise!" The whole time the photographer was capturing our Special Moment. I was in shock so I did not have time to shed any tears, but it will be a day I will truly never forget. The Engagement ring he picked has an incredibly special story to it, because it had 3 stones that represent our boys and me.
