“Even the tiniest piece of advice can lead to eternal happiness.” — One of my best friends once told me, “Gaby, you need to be the happiest that you will EVER be.” That stuck with me. I ran with it.

Two years later—Here we are, engaged to the man of the hour, Mr. Soung Cho.   Never would I have thought to find the male version of myself—me, all in one, personality based individual to make me laugh for D A Y S.   Me oh my, are we blessed BEYOND measure.   & it all started with you offering to take care of Link, our golden doodle, for me while I worked.

     You have kept us safe, since day one. When all life purpose fainted, you were there—to listen & endure in my lifelong pain. Never did you judge. You took Liam and I in, like we were your family. Never a stranger. Liam fell in love with your personality and your being. That’s when I knew.   We were scarred with a distinct past; yet, you didn’t let that stop you. You kept us safe.   We slowly began to unwind in your presence, becoming the unfolding version of ourselves. A dull moment hasn’t come through yet—we finally have the comfort we didn’t know we needed.  

Dear Soung, 

Concerts, parties, family vacations, random road trips, more vacations—followed. Years flew by, laughter remained. Happiness instilled in our hearts. Never have I ever knew this happy, until you.   You always show up—school events, moral support at appointments, concerts, etc. You are uniquely the most amazing & most humble human on this planet.   God led me to you—when ALL hope was gone. He didn’t give up on me. You came at the most perfect time, my testimony. God’s power was made perfect in my weakness.   You keep us safe. You make us laugh so so much. I just never knew there was a me & you. Until—two years ago.

Now, we are engaged.  In six short months, we will be Mr. & Mrs. Cho.   Fo sho.   “Keep being you babes!”  like you have always told me.   We love you to the galaxy and beyond.   Sincerely,  Your fiancé,  Future Mrs. Cho   #shesaCHOfosho
