The following is a list of rules and regulations applicable to Clients and guests involved in the planning and execution of and/or attendance at the Event.
(1) Parking: All vehicles must be parked within the designated parking area or the drive. No vehicles shall be parked on any other surface unless specifically granted permission in advance of the Event by Tin Top.
(2) Barbecues/Grills: Barbecues and grills may be used outside only. Advance approval is required and use is in designated areas only. No fires are permitted directly on the grounds of the Venue. All indoor fireplaces must be started by the staff of Tin Top.
(3) Candles: All candles must be enclosed in glass. Sparklers are permitted with limited use and only during times of non-fire danger threats. No explosives, firearms, or other flammable products are permitted at the Venue.
(4) Drunken/Violent disturbances are prohibited and subject to immediate removal from the premises and possible Event termination without refund.
(5) Smoking and vaping are permitted ONLY in designated outdoor areas. All debris from smoking must be cleaned up and extinguished.
(6) All children under 18 MUST be supervised at all times. Pets must be approved in advance, and additional fees may be charged.
