When you arrive for the ceremony please enter the right side doors, go through the ballroom and out to the patio where you will find your seats!

After the ceremony please exit through the doors you came in. The reception & cocktail hour will be held in the left side doors. When you get there please feel free to sign the guest book, get a drink, & have some appetizers. We also have a photo booth that will only be available during cocktail hour.

Please find your seats on our seating chart & grab your name card. Dinner will be served at 6:00pm.


As the night comes to an end we have a shuttle bus to escort you to two hotels nearby. The Hampton Inn & Homewood Suites in St. Cloud.
