We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to ensure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Transportation for guests staying at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Worcester will be provided. The shuttle (Knight's Limousine) will leave the hotel at 2pm sharp. Please be ready in the hotel lobby no later than 1:50pm to ensure you have a ride to the venue! Transportation back to the Homewood Suites by Hilton Worcester will start at 6:30pm, and run until 10pm. If you would prefer to drive to the venue, please note that vehicles may be left overnight until 11am the next day. If you would prefer to Uber to/from the venue, please note that these arrangements should be made ahead of time as the venue has spotty cell service.

In order to allow all guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult-only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy the night off! The only exception are any family who are traveling from another state to be with us.

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies, please wear a cocktail dress or pantsuit. The ceremony will take place on a tightly packed pebble area - a chunky/thicker heel is highly recommended if you plan on wearing heels. Gentlemen, please wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

The ceremony will be held outdoors; and the reception will be inside the barn. Ladies, if you plan on wearing heels, please wear a chunky heel or flats in lieu of stilettos/pumps. Should it rain on our day, the ceremony will be held on the covered patio adjacent to the barn.

Enjoy cocktail hour under the covered patio and inside the Barn with drinks and apps.

The venue has a designated parking lot, just past the golfing parking lot. There will be signage at the main entrance of the venue as well as the entrance to the parking area. Parking is free!

We recognize our guests have varying budgets, and have provided a list of highly recommended hotels for you to choose from. Because this is one of the most popular wedding weekends this year, we highly suggest making a reservation as soon as possible!

Yes! Our venue's in-house chef has prepared some hor deuevres that are specifically vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free. When you RSVP, please check off your specific dietary restrictions.
