At the minimum we'd recommend that you check in on 5/30 since the welcome party on 5/31 overlaps with time of check in. There is absolutely no late entry to the welcome party at Epcot since there are personal escorts taking us into the park. The minimum we'd recommend you to stay until is 6/3 since the exit event of our wedding is from 2:30-2:45am on 6/2. Check out is promptly at 11:00am you will be charged an extra night if you are not out by then, because housekeeping is usually there by 11:05am. You may call and request late check out (12:00pm), but it is not always a guarantee that your request will be accepted.

Absolute minimum 5/30 to 6/3, but I recommend 5/29 to 6/3. If you are a part of the wedding party absolute minimum is 5/29, since the rehearsal is that night.
