Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
RSVP’s can be done online or through mail! We are looking to make this as easy for our guest’s as possible. When you RSVP, we do request that you please complete all the prompts so we can accommodate all families properly. If there are any issues or special requests, just reach out!
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding will take place indoors. The ceremony will be done at St. Julie’s Church along the hills of Santa Teresa. The reception will be held in the hills of Evergreen. While the event will be held indoors, you may step outside for a breath of beautiful air. There will be access to the patios at the reception if guest do choose to be outside. Since we are in the hills in the month of April celebrating, those with allergies should keep this in mind.
Is there parking available near your wedding venue(s)?
Parking aplenty! Both the ceremony site and reception will have plenty of parking, and for those who need will have accessibility to handicapped spots.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Blocks of rooms have been reserved for our traveling families. We kindly ask that if there any questions regarding rooms, please reach out.
What is the dress code for your wedding?
Dress code for this event has been set as formal. We kindly request that our guests follow our choice regarding the dress code.
Is there a rule on plus ones and children?
As the saying goes, the more the merrier! We are very excited to merge our families and would love to have everyone come together. Children are more than welcomed to attend our nuptials, but do request that parents watch them as the reception does have trails to the surrounding hills. As for plus ones we do kindly ask that we are notified if anyone is requesting to bring anyone else before RSVP’s.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, an open bar has been arranged. While the bar is open, we ask that this not be taken advantage of. We do not want accidents and want everybody to get home safely.
