While we love your little ones, we've decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. This allows all our guests to relax and enjoy an evening out. We hope you understand and are able to arrange childcare for the night.
What's the dress code for the event?
We kindly request semi-formal attire for our celebration. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits, while ladies may opt for cocktail dresses or elegant separates. We want you to feel comfortable, but neat, as we celebrate this special day together.
Will there be transportation provided between the venues?
YES... Shuttle Service from The Transept (Reception Venue) to St. Stephens Church (Ceremony Venue) will be offered -->shuttle departs: 4:00 PM ... This lets you park once at The Transept and avoid rush-hour traffic after the ceremony... Return Shuttles: Two shuttles will be available to transport guests back to The Transept after the ceremony... For Local Guests: We recommend taking an Uber to St. Stephen Church. Use the provided shuttles to return to The Transept for the reception
Where should we park for the reception?
We recommend several parking options near our venue, including the S+P Parking Lot next to the venue between Elm and Central Ave and the Washington Park Garage (#1) underneath Washington Park. In addition, there are several other lots available in the surrounding area. For your convenience, please refer to our Parking Map for more details.
