There will be NO physical RSVP cards sent out! Since we are doing a very small/private event all RSVP's can be done through the wedding website or directly sent to the Bride or Groom!

While a small group will be staying at the Airbnb with the Bride & Groom other guests will be asked to stay in one of the many hotels located in Bentonville AR! The Airbnb is not far from the Downtown Bentonville Square! Please reach out the the Bride (Before Sept. 2025!) for any help or recommendations of places to stay!

The Airbnb will have enough parking for all personal cars! Transportation to and from the Ceremony site will be provided!

Dress to Impress! Dress Code is Formal- Gowns for Women/Suits for Men. We ask that everyone wear something they feel confident in and will be comfortable moving around in! (Walking, Getting in & out of cars, Dancing, etc!)

We want our guests to be themselves and show off their individual personalities! Colors to coordinate with the day (Optional!) are Jewel Tones: Dark Green, Blues, Mauve Neutrals: Cream, Light Brown Please avoid any WHITE!

This question will be updated closer to the wedding date so check back for details! It is September in NWA though, so it is expected to still be warm throughout the day & into the night! Both the Ceremony & Reception will be held outdoors so plan accordingly!

The Bride & Groom have decided on a private wedding day in order to be surrounded by people who hold a spot in their hearts & lives! If you have specific questions about additional people taking part in the day please refer all questions to the Matron or Maid of Honor.

Guests who are not staying with the Bride & Groom are asked to arrive to the Airbnb NO later than 3:15! Transportation to the Ceremony will leave no later than 3:45! Ceremony will be held from 4:00-4:30 All Guests will Travel back to the Airbnb! The Bride & Groom will arrive to Reception by 5:30!

Saturday Sept. 20th we will be having a "Rehearsal Dinner" that everyone invited to the wedding is welcome to attend but is not required! Location & Time: TBD!

The couple would ask that all phones (Unless specified) are left put away during the ceremony! We want this to be an intimate memory shared with our people! Photos or Videos of any kind an be taken during the Travel and during the Reception! We ask that all photos stay off social media and unposted until we are able to get professional photos back and an announcement of the marriage has been posted!
