In the summer of 2018, Gabby accepted a serving position at Ole Red Nashville on Broadway. In February of 2019, Chase was also hired as a server. After finally working a shift together, they became inseparable at work. Everyone working with Gabby and Chase saw the spark between them almost immediately, but it wasn't until almost two years later when they finally admitted their feelings for one another.

After a little over a month of officially dating (and 2+ years of being close friends), Chase drunkenly told Gabby he loved her after a night of TopGolf and fun. Taken aback, Gabby said, "are you sure you're not just saying this because you're drunk?" He quickly assured Gabby that he truly did love her, and he had felt this way for quite some time now.

Before getting engaged, Gabby and Chase traveled to Gatlinburg a few times, went to Denver twice, and have gone to multiple music festivals/concerts across the country. Gabby graduated with her MPH in May of 2023, and Chase is currently an apprentice for the Plumber's Union.

There has never been a dull moment in the Chesak/Snyder household, especially when they are surrounded by their closest friends and family!

On April 24th of 2023, Chase decided to take Gabby to Cheekwood Botanical Gardens for a sweet little date day. Little did Gabby know, Chase was planning on asking her to marry him! After walking around for what seemed like forever, Chase mustered up the courage to ask some random strangers to take a picture of them. While Gabby wasn't looking, he let the strangers know about his plan to get down on one knee, and he had them video the engagement instead! Chase proceeded to get down on one knee and pop the question. Of course, Gabby cried (if ya know ya know), and now, they are planning their future together as husband and wife.
