Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa is a family-friendly all-inclusive resort. All-inclusive means that all of your food and drinks at every restaurant and bar are included in your stay. The resort is located in the Yucatan Peninsula and fairly close to the Cancun International Airport. It's only about 20 minutes South of the airport and will require either a shuttle or taxi to get there

This app includes activities, resort map, restaurants/bars, menus, 24/7 room service, nightly entertainment, spa information, and kids club schedule (theres even a pillow menu!).


2. Restaurants do not take reservations with the exception of the Teppanyaki tables at Himitsu). If there is a wait, they will give you a buzzer so you can enjoy a drink in the lobby while you wait.


3. Lock your valuables (money, passport) in the safe in your closet.


4. Room service is available - the menu is in the App.


5. The VIP Services associates in the Lobby are part of the resort timeshare. If they offer you a tour of other resorts and/or breakfast, know it will be a hard sell session that will take a few hours. If you're not interested in a time share, we recommend politely declining.

Tipping:

How Much Do you Tip at an All Inclusive Resort?
For a one-week stay at an all-inclusive resort, a couple should budget to spend about $150 US (or the local currency equivalent) total in tips.
This means that you should bring about $20 in small bills with you to spend on tips throughout the day.

DINING
• Buffet meals: $1-$2/table
• Buffet station chefs: $1
• A la carte meals: $5/couple
• Bartenders: $1-$2/group drink order
Hint: Keep using (and tipping) the same bartender throughout the week and you'll get excellent service.

SERVICE
• Concierge: $5-$10 depending on your usage
• Room service: $5-$10 depending on the complexity of the order and time of day
• Housekeeping staff: $2/day (leave it on your pillow so they know it's for them)
Hint: If you want extra beer or bottled water instead of pop in your mini fridge, leave $2-$5 with a note indicating your preference.

THERE IS A DRESS CODE FOR ALL RESTAURANTS, WITH THE STRICTEST BEING AT DINNER TIME FOR BORDEAUX (ADULTS-ONLY RESTAURANT). NOT ALL RESTAURANTS WILL BE OPEN EACH NIGHT. CHECK THE TV IN YOUR ROOM FOR THE MOST UP TO DATE INFORMATION.
