Explore Thatcher Park!

Guests with children are encouraged to explore the Emma Treadwell Nature Center and the Thatcher Park Visitor Center for hands on nature education activities. <a href="https://www.friendsofthacherpark.org/nature-center/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Nature Center </a> Additionally, several areas within the park that have play areas for all ages. <a href="https://capitaldistrictmoms.com/thacher-state-park/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">The Playgrounds at Thacher State Park</a>

There are several scenic overlooks throughout the park- we ask all guests- especially those with children- to exercise caution when enjoying the view. Please, for your own safety- do not cross the fences along the overlook.

Enter the ticket booth nearby by the visitor center.Let the ticket booth know you are attending the Weinberg wedding, and that parking passes have been purchased for you.Follow signs for Hailes Cave, Weinberg Wedding.

Parking

Our Ceremony starts around 12:15-12:30pm depending on weather and reception set up. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. For some of you, this may be your first Jewish wedding. Welcome! -Kippot will be available for our gentlemen guests and are completely optional. - Guests do not have to follow along with the Hebrew blessings- you will only be asked to speak once at the end of the ceremony- immediately after Ben breaks the glass, everyone needs to shout-MAZEL TOV!

The Ceremony

After the ceremony, please join us and our Photographer, Stephanie, for pictures to preserve this moment.A catered lunch and cocktail hour with live music to follow.Yard games will be provided for those who don't wish to dance.Guests are invited to stay until sunset.
